Applications for the ‘Inspire the Future’ paid internship programme by SEEing Youth: Supporting, Educating and Enabling Youth Project, funded by the European Union and jointly run by the Cyprus Turkish Association of Managers, the Human Resources Management Association and PeacePlayers-Cyprus will resume in Spring 2023 for the Summer 2023 internship programme.

Anyone over the age of 18 can apply to the internship programme, which will offer various workshops and training opportunities in order to build the capacity of young people to become leaders of the future and to provide them with valuable work experience.

Highlighting the importance of young people acquiring the necessary business skills before entering the workforce, the project team underlined that by transforming this process into a meaningful learning process, both employers, young people and the country’s overall economy will benefit from quality internships in the long run.

The project team invites everyone who wants to gain work experience, put the knowledge they have gained in their education life into practice, and improve themselves both professionally and personally with the help of the training that will be received within the scope of the internship programme.

In 2023, the internship programme will be offering young people various positions available in various companies and organisations in Cyprus. Those who wish to join the internship programme will need to complete an application form and provide a cover letter.

For the first time, the Project will also be running a pilot cross communal internship programme where young people from all around Cyprus will be able to apply for positions and go through a set of capacity building trainings.
